COMMUNITY MEETING #2
The Norwalk Redevelopment Agency (RDA) has been actively working with community stakeholders, municipal staff and a team of expert consultants to shape a Community Development Plan for the Lexington Avenue and South Main Street area in South Norwalk. At the upcoming meeting, RDA and its consultants will summarize community input and outline draft strategies aimed at improving the quality of life for residents living in the Lexington and South Main neighborhood. Topics to be covered include land use, open space, environmental sustainability, digital equity, health and safety, real estate, and transportation.

Nonprofit Capacity Building Workshop Series
The significance of strategy lies in its capacity to provide a roadmap for achieving long-term goals and objectives. A well-defined strategy not only guides decision-making but also aligns efforts, resources, and actions. For those accustomed to hands-on tasks, delving into strategy may seem intimidating. Similarly, for individuals specializing in strategy, translating plans into action can pose challenges.
