Community Development Block Grant • Program Year 47

As the administering agent for the City of Norwalk’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, the Norwalk Redevelopment Agency will craft the Program Year (PY47) Annual Action Plan in anticipation of the required submission date to HUD.

As the administering agent for the City of Norwalk’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, the Norwalk Redevelopment Agency is crafting the Program Year 47 (PY47) Annual Action Plan (AAP) which runs July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022.

The draft AAP outlines the both the priority needs and goals for Housing and Community Development identified for the City and the allocation of anticipated $1,092,750 in CDBG funds for PY47 activities and prior year CDBG funding of $61,000, based on funding recommendations made by the Planning Committee of the Norwalk Common Council.

Public Comments

A 30-day public comment period of the draft AAP begins on Friday, March 26, 2021 and ends on Sunday, April 25, 2021.

Public Comment must be received no later than 11:59PM on Sunday, April 25, 2021 and may be emailed to sivan@norwalkct.org or mailed to Norwalk Redevelopment Agency, 3 Belden Avenue, Norwalk, CT 0685
