Purpose of the Study
You are invited to participate in a research study exploring public attitudes toward the possible creation of a Business Improvement District (BID) in Norwalk, Connecticut. The goal is to understand how resident interests and perspectives influence support for such a district.
What You Will Be Asked to Do
If you choose to participate, you will be asked to watch a short informational video and complete a questionnaire. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes.
Voluntary Participation
