Notice of Funding Opportunity

As administrator of the City of Norwalk’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, the Norwalk Redevelopment Agency is pleased to release the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the upcoming CDBG program year (PY51), the first year of the five-year plan, which commences on July 1, 2025 and ends on June 30, 2029. Proposals will be accepted from organizations providing assistance to low- and moderate- income households residing within the City of Norwalk that meet a Priority Need identified by the City’s Consolidated Plan.

The City and Redevelopment Agency invite all interested parties to submit PY51 CDBG sub-award applications to the Redevelopment Agency by 12:00 (midnight) on Sunday, February 9, 2025.

Persons needing language assistance are encouraged to contact the Norwalk Redevelopment Agency for assistance.
